Shipping Policy

Covid-19 

We are continuing to create beauty in the midst of the ongoing Global Pandemic. This means we can continue to accept new orders and move them through our shipping  process- though, at a slower pace. If you have an existing order with us, we are working diligently to have it completed and shipped out, but please expect delays. We will continue to be transparent, and if upon reading this information you decide to wait on ordering; we prefer our clients to make informed purchases. We are a small owned brand and your support and understanding matters.


General Information

  • All items will ship via Standard First Class, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express or UPS Ground.
  • Items have a processing time of 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday). For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, and during physical inventory audits, we may take up to 5 business days to ship orders from ourwarehouse.
    • Shipping costs are set at $4.90. 'Free' shipping is honored for all orders over $100 US dollars. 
    • Delivery dates for ‘Free’ shipping are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for the package once tracking shows that the package has left our warehouse.
    • Once the package has left our warehouse, packages are guaranteed to be delivered within the specified number of business days. Please contact us if you have any concerns about an express package delivery.
  • Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. 
    • If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.
    • If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost. 
    • Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable packages that are returned to us will be processed as a return and the original form of payment will be refunded, less any additional shipping expenses.
  • Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when placing your order.  If your items are returned due to an incomplete/invalid address, input by customer (i.e forrgetting to include the apartment number) you will be subject to another shipping charge in order to redeliver your item. If we (the sender) are at fault, you will not be subject to any additional charges. We will attempt, in good faith, to deliver your items in accordance with your order, but we will not be held liable for any delays or failure in such delivery due to a third-party carrier (USPS/FEDEX/UPS). Customer agrees to contact carrier regarding any delivery issues once item has been marked as accepted/scanned/ and or delivered by carrier. 
  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns. When shipping a return without the label we provide, we recommend purchasing tracking and keeping shipping receipts for your records.

Rush Orders

If you have an active order, and would like to upgrade to Rush Shipping, simply email info@dazzledearrings.com. You will receive an official invoice for the flat rate rush fee. Once your invoice has been paid; your rush order will be immediately processed.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@dazzledearrings.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


Exchanges

We will gladly accept exchanges for any product that has been damaged or in the event you receive the wrong item. Please email info@dazzledearrings.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include any relevant photo of the damaged or incorrect item.  All exchanges will be processed within 2-4 days, upon receipt of returned package. *We will not accept exchanges after 14 days.


Sale Items  

Please note that all discounted items or items on sale are final. No exchanges or returns will be honored. In the event that an item has arrived damaged from the shipping process, please email info@dazzledearrings.com within 24 hours of delivery to have a replacement created for you or a refund issued. 


Recommended Product Care Guidelines

  1. Treat with care. 
  2. Prolonged use of heaving earrings can cause permanent damage ear lobs.
  3. Wear with caution.
